This EASI is totally not a good company to be in business with. They misrepresent their experience and the qualifications of the people that will "support" you. The lack of support is appalling and they over state how easy it is to sell this and how much you will make when you sell it. They make it sound SO easy and let me tell you after over a year trying..it is NOT easy.

JACK CAMPBELL, who is gone, was an ex-con from Federal Penn and he was the President of the company.
I spoke to other dealers and they are not happy either.....thanks for telling me about this website.
They also sold dealerships to our sales people two times, they said they would protect us and they did not...they took the money from our employees and made them dealers.

* Released in 1992; Campbell sentenced to 2nd term in 1994 for Fraud, Bank Fraud, Scheme to Defraud in Money and State Tax Stamps.
* Released in late 1997 from Tennessee State prison w/ 3 years supervised release
* Campbell works for a company called EASI (Energy Automation Services Inc)
* Documentation on web exists that Campbell worked for EASI in 2001 (total time 4 years?)
* Resigned from position at EASI - accused of false statements to employees / mutinous actions
* Forms similar company called Envestco
* Jack Campbell states: "...Febuary of 2002, it was open knowledge that I was attempting to buy the company.."
* Joe, EASI CEO states: "... statement is a complete fabrication. There were no discussions between myself & Mr. Campbell concerning him purchasing EASI. from me." (provided to me through email)

I have been an independant dealer of EASI for two years now.I purchased a dealership after having a successful project completed at my restaraunt.I know first hand,that done correctly an EASI system works. Anyone that gets involved in anything with the idea of a get rich quick scheme is not going to be dedicated to the hard work it takes to build any business.Energy conservation is a multi-million dollar industry that also encompasses alot of skepticism.I have joint ventured on a number of successful projects in the NYC TRISTATE AREA and just now am proficient enough to be completely independant. Being a born NY skeptic I have nothing but thanks for EASI for allowing me the opportunity in this tremendous growth industry.
