FLORIDA CONSUMERS WHO ARE SIGNING CONTRACTS WITH “Energy Solutions of Florida” WHICH WAS A D/B/A USED BY RENUEN CORPORATION UNTIL MARCH OF 2014 AT WHICH TIME IT WAS CANCELLED NEED TO BE AWARE THAT THEY ARE CONTRACTING WITH A NON-EXISTENT ENTITY. IN ADDITION, THE ENERGY SOLUTIONS OF FLORIDA CONTRACTS THAT RENUEN IS USING INDICATE THAT THE FLORIDA LICENSED QUALIFIER FOR THE CONTRACT IS WALTER KRITSKY, CGC 15906768 AND CVC56747. HOWEVER KRITSY LEFT RENUEN SOMETIME PRIOR TO MARCH OF 2014.
CONSUMERS WHO HAVE CONTRACTED WITH ENERGY SOLUTIONS OF FLORIDA AND/OR RENUEN CORPORATION NEED TO CONTACT THE FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE BBB TO FILE COMPLAINTS ARISING FROM INFERIOR WORK, FAILURE TO PERFORM THE WORK, ILLEGAL FILING OF PERMITS ON RESIDENTIAL PROPERTIES, MISREPRESENTATION AS TO THE SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED, ELDER ABUSE, AND OTHER ILLEGAL ACTIVITY.
THE LERMAN LAW FIRM ISSUED A CONSUMER PROTECTION WARNING LAST WEEK ON RENUEN AND CONTINUES TO GET NEW INFORMATION ON THEIR ACTIVITIES. Please take notice that RenuEn Corporation, et al. (“Plaintiffs”) have initiated an action in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, civil action number 6:14cv-1754-ORL-41TBS (the “Action”), due to allegedly false statements about Plaintiffs made by “Theresa Tilton.” In the Action, Plaintiffs seek to subpoena the records of Xcentric Ventures, LLC for contact information and any other messages that you have posted on Ripoff Report under this pseudonym, or any other pseudonyms, about Plaintiffs, to Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease, LLP at: 301 E. Fourth Street, Suite 3500, Great American Tower, Cincinnati, OH 45202.
Plaintiffs have served a subpoena on Xcentric Ventures, LLC, the company that owns and operates this website, to reveal your identity.

My name is D. Alexander Kim, and I serve as the Chief Legal Officer for RenuEn Corporation, the parent company of Energy Solutions of Florida. I have been kept very busy for the last several weeks, whacking away half-truths and outright lies about the company and its officers. Once again, this complaint filed by a supposed customer “Theresa Tilton” is a good example of the kind of lies being spewed by a twisted individual named John Lameira, owner of a now defunct company called America's Renewable Energy Source, Inc.
First, “Theresa Tilton” is a fictional name, as I have checked through the corporate records of all customers, out of several hundred customers, there is no one named “Theresa Tilton”. Second, contrary to the claim that the company does not exist or does not have licenses, as per the attachments to this rebuttal, I can document the current and active status of RenuEn Corporation, dba name Energy Solutions of Florida from Sunbiz.org, as well as the current and active licenses from myfloridalicenses.com. It was John Lameira and the sales representatives using old contract bearing old license information - no matter since RenuEn used proper licenses in performing the work.
RenuEn can fully document all facts, show proper licensing, and the damages it suffered from John Lameira’s fraud, misrepresentation, and breach of the Sales and Distribution Agreement. That is why the company had filed a lawsuit in the 18th Judicial Court of Seminole County, Florida under the case number 2014-CA-001884-15-L. It is easy to hide behind a fictional persona to take pot shots at people and company, especially on a forum such as this one, however, the truth will win out, RenuEn is ready, and I am ready to protect the interests of the company and shareholders.
