Mike Jag at Engine World sold me the wrong engine. It was designed for an engine with an E.G.R.valve,and my old engine doesn't have one. Iv'e made over a dozen attempts over the phone and internet explainning, and sending photographs. All I get back in return is I'm put on hold for over an hour,no return phone calls,and Mike Jag keeps E-Mailing me telling me I can still use the engine like it is.

Iv'e explained several times and sent several photos,but it's always the same response. Basically they keep blowing me off. Now theyr'e not even responding to my phone calls or my E-Mails,just putting me on hold or not replying to my E-Mails.

If I tried using the engine like it is exhaust gases and ignition flames would come out of the open E.G.R. port,which could ignite any kind of fuel leak. Also the car couldn't pass smog,especially with the loud noise and exhaust fumes the engine would produce in under the hood of the car.
