First of all, there policies are not listed, which I didn't think was a big deal at first but now I realize it's because they make up the policies as they go. After placing my order, I immediately sent them an e-mail requesting that my order be canceled because I realized it wasn't the right size. The size was not clearly stated anwhere on the page. The woman (Mary) said not to worry about it; the ring could easily be resized at any local jeweler. Knowing nothing about jewelry, I trusted her and followed through with my order. Upon receiving the ring I ordered, I took it to several (at least 7) jewelers to ask about resizing. All said it was impossible because the ring contained turquoise and the stones would be ruined in the resizing process. I e-mailed Mary informing her of the situation and asked that I return the ring for a full refund. She e-mailed me back the following day and said that their policy is that they don't accept returns of Native American jewelry. She was rude and unsympathetic. I truly believe this company should be avoided at ALL costs.
