Rented a Mazda car from this location on 4/24/13, car too small to move boxes to a location 900 miles from there, so exchanged mazda for a Nissan Cargo Van.  Van was given to driver filthy dirty inside and out, half full of gas, and John Neuberger, the Manager of this location, rushed the driver on his way after a brief and speed walk-around.  The Manager was not tall enough to see the roof of this van but he already knew it was scratched from having put the cargo van through his car wash and the van was bigger than the car wash by far.  This resulted in scratching from the brushes and metal frame that holds the brushes, as well as black rubber marks consistent with the wheels near the top brushes in the car wash.

When the driver arrived to return the van, the receiving agent, Kevin, in Greensboro, NC, at the Market Street location, opened the two rear cargo doors to the van and stepped up to see the van's roof, and at that time, the driver commented that he had never seen that done before.  Kevin informed the driver that the entire top of the van was scratched, however, the scratches were not fresh.  They could not have been fresh as the driver used the freeway all the way from Albany to Greensboro without stopping.

The reason John Neuberger rushed the driver is that he already knew the scratches were there.  He is protecting his own self and his employment by falsifying records.  Interestingly enough, people that put themselves out on Facebook don't realize that anyone can look at their information.  One of his favorites is a car repair shop in Albany.  I bet they take real good care of him.  In Saturday's mail, Enterprise "Damage Recovery" sent documents that basically state that the driver committed the damage.  In talking to our insurance agent this morning, he states that the company will hire a private investigator and subpoena rental records to uncover this injustice.  Look at this website and you will see a ton of complaints regarding this very same practice at Enterprise.  Someone has to put a stop to them!
