I know this was last year but still want to reply to this. I get so upset wish I could of read more about Enterprise and their scam before renting far away from home. I have never had any problem with the office located near where I live. I have rented for years use to love them and my choice was always Enterprise but now with this bull happening to me I can never see them the same again. I see that this is happening all over. I still like how they treated me here and if someone who have authority can help maybe I can go back to do business with them. I just wont stop until some one does help. I am a careful driver take care of their cars never return them dirty park away from other cars so I wont get them scratch. I rejected the insurance in hawaii and thats why I am being blame for damages and can you guys believe this for damages under the car. People this is so outrageous.tWell anyways lets see I told jason the phony guy I am very impatient call me please but no he doesn't care. He knows what he is doing is wrong. Well anyways my report is on Enterprise located in Building 2028 AMC Terminal Hickam AFB HI 96853. Someone please help end this already please make my good memories from Hawaii come back to me.

I rent a lot of cars all over the nation. Mostly at airports. I have never had gotten a car in the condition you are speaking of. However I do find it frustrating when they say oh just ignore that damage because it is smaller than a half dollar - I always say bull s**t write it down and no matter if they do or don't write it down I always take a picture using my camera phone. I also take a picture of the agent as we are inspecting the car when I rent it. (you know time stamps are fantastic here) Only once have I been told there was damage on my car when I returned it (that I didn't cause) and I showed them the series of photographs on my camera phone and the problem was solved.
PS I also take a picture of the location sign when I leave my car in an airport parking lot so I don't have to remember where it is. You camera on your cell phone is a great tool use it.

Contact your insurance agent and have them speak to either a local corporate accounts manager or to a local area or regional manager.
If that doesn't work then take it directly your insurance company and file a complaint with them as Enterprise is most likely a national vendor and they probably have standards for business practices.
In the future (with any car rental company) have them write down every swinging dent, scratch or scrape there is. Take pictures if you have to.
