   When someone hit our vehicle, we had to get a rental car and our insurance company set it up with enterprise. The first time they gave us a small sedan and told us they needed a 50 dollar downpayment that we would get back when we returned the car.  After the first week was up and they still didn't have our vehicle done at the auto shop, we called our insurance company to inform them, they said they would cover up to 30 days.  Another week went buy and they had it finished.  We returned the car and went in to get the refund, we payed cash for.  They wanted to charge us for the extra days that we had kept the car, and we told them we didnt keep it any extra days.  They said we were only suppose to have it for a week.  After hours of calling out insurance company to have them contact Enterprise,(because they said they couldnt find anything about our insurance), we finally got things settled.  They told us everything was okay and told us bye.  We reminded them of the refund again, and they said oh ok, well we could send you a check in the mail, it will take 7-15 business days, but we needed the cash for gas to get home.  They finally said they would give us the refund this one time in store.  out of our 50 dollars they we got back 7 dollars, they told us that it was for taxes.  The second time we had to get our vehicle fixed, we once again had to use enterprise because it was the only one our insurance company would cover.  When they came to pick us up from the autoshop they got us in a midsized sudan, when we got to the store they told us they dont have anything they can give us besides a Toyota SUV, they said its normally 40-50 dollars a day, but said that since they didnt have anything (they had 9 days notice), they would give it to us at a small sized vehicle price.  This time we had a hard time giving them the deposit, because they said they couldnt accept cash at the stores(only 2 months after the first visit) and finally let us give them cash ...we asked them about the taxes and they told us, they werent for sure but it should only be 10 dollars. after 4 days the vehicle was fixed and we took the car back.  This time we had money for fuel, and told them to mail the refund to us, they said they couldn't tell us how much the taxes were, and then told us we owed them money because the insurance only covered 19 dollars a day, and it took us another couple of hours to tell them the guy that gave us the car told us it would be 19 a day, we finally left and 3 weeks later recieved a check....for 24 dollars, out of 50.  I will never rent from them again.
