Enterprise rental car Customers personal items stolen by several members of the staff South Amboy, New Jersey
Some members of the Enterprise staff took many personal items from a customer. The staff did not return many items that were inside the rental car. Mary Lally (she is now married and has a different last name) said that she removed the items from the car. She never called the customer to say that the things were in the car. The customer called Enterprise and Hans Anderson said that he had everything and will return them to the customer. The items were never returned to the customer. Each made excuses as to how the items disappeared from this NJ Enterprise location. One Enterprise staff member said that Mary Lally has many of the stolen items. The same person said that Hans Anderson has some of the stolen items too.
Don't trust some of the staff at this Enterprise. Leave valuable things in the cars and kiss them goodbye forever. Mary Lally and Hans Anderson are liars and sneaky. It is a shame that they work at this Enterprise. Enterprise should check it's recordings and confront everyone who is responsible for stealing all of the items. Many of the items were expensive, one of a kind and special. Mary Lally (from New Jersey) and Hans Anderson (from New Jersey) must return all of the stolen items. The customer will not rest until all items are returned. *******Justice is needed for my friend.******
