To this date my Grandmother has not received a refund, or even a sincere apology, for the charges to her credit card. I have spoken with Seth and he has blamed a third party for the charges, he has given me the run-around about how we can be reimbursed and he has ultimately hung up on me. We recently gave my Grandmother a 70th Birthday party where we rented three limos for the night. Had our experience with Entertainment Express been a positive one, they would have had our repeat business. I state again...DO NOT USE THIS LIMO SERVICE!
