I had more or less same problem you did in that you were offered the "free complimentary subscription" and they later tried charging you the $24.95. But I was able to resolve this by calling the number, and because I did not have the "membership number" I just hit the pound sign the first time, and then when it asked for it again. I proceeded to hit the pound sign. After that it then put me on hold as I waited for customer service to get to me. After a while I explained my situation in which I was told it would be free, without any strings attached. And that I had woken up to find the 24.95 on my acct. Since they had my last name spelled wrong ((this happens way too much >.<)) They asked me for my cc number. After looking it up they asked me if I would continue my subscription with a free gift for the trouble, to which I responded no as I needed the money for the School Books (I am a poor college student atm). They then said ok, did some more work and told me that my subscription would be cancelled and that my money would be transferred back through the debit card. Afterwards they then said that since the labels are printed in advance that a few more would each me but that it was ok to take them as compliments from them. Just waiting for my money to come back. Im sure it will go well for you, but in any case good luck! and have a nice day :)
