I ordered some pet medications on April 17, 2004. I realized I had made a mistake and ordered something I didn't need. I phoned the company to ask how to return merchandise. They gave me instructions, which I followed exactly. I returned the merchandise on April 26, 2004. They acknowledge receipt of the merchandise on May 7, 2004. Today is June 21, 2004, over 6 weeks since they received the merchandise. To date they have not issued me a credit. I phoned there today to inquire about my credit. The person who answered the phone said she couldn't figure out why it hadn't been issued and that she would "Get back to me". That is not an acceptable answer. The credit should have been put through today while I was on the phone with them.
