Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On 9-10-05 I had this girl named Angie Gallop the sales agent come to my fathers door and asked him if he would like to buy magazines off her to get her some points. She showed me the magazines that I could get and I picked the computer shopper magazines because that is what I was interested most of all.

My father payed $50.00 for those magazines as a gift for me. Angie Gallop told my father and I that it would take 3 months and no longer to get those magazines.

On November 4,2005 I went to their website to contact them about the magazines that my father ordered for me and I couldn't get through to them so I tried their website over and over again but still the same thing kept going on.

By December 5,2005 I finally had enough and called it took over four hours before I could get through to this company. I complained that my computer shopper magazines didn't come in. I gave her all the information that was on my reciept. She said I don't think that we have your reciept. She told me that I would recieve my computer shopper magazines by January 10,2006 and no later than that. Well I never recieved my magazine that I was suppose to get.

On January 11,2006 I went to their website again and there was no way of getting through to them. So I called over the phone and called all day long to try to complain again about my magazines never coming in still. I couldn't get through.

I am so unhappy that this company is even having a business for what they are doing to me and everyone eles they took money from. They shouldn't have this business at all. I filed a complaint with the better Business Bureau plus also am getting legal advice on how I should handle this issue with this company.

Also if I ever see Angie Gallop again I will tell her I will never buy a magazine off her or this company again for what happened the last time again. I also don't know if Angie Gallop was a real sales agent for this company.

If so I have one thing to say to Angie Gallop what a theif you are. I think you need to grow up and stop scamming people and stealing their money. On behalf of the company you say you really want to see the customers happy then why are you not doing the right thing. I guess these people don't care the way they act.

I want them to know I will take legal action against them for stealing, lying and scamming customers. I don't put up with this and will not. They lost a customer now I will never have nothing to ever do with their company again for what they did to me.

Entrepreneurs Across America never did still send me my magazines it is past the 120 days now cannot get a hold of anyone at that company never answer their phone and their website has been under construction for about 4 1/2 months now. Which doesn't make any sense 4 1/2 months now it doesn't take that long who do they think their fooling here?. I made a complaint with www.ftc.gov.com on this issue. This is what they told me. Thank you for visting the ftc's web page and for using our new electronic talk to us form. Here's what happened to your information after you sent it to us: One of our Consumer counselors reviewed the information you sent us. If it was related to the FTC's law enforcement responsibilites,we entered it into our shared law enforcement agencies throughout the United States and Canada. Attached is your electronic response which includes your reference number. Any enclosures can be found at www.Ftc.Gov.com under the News Releases, Publications, speech options. Information from consumers like you helps federal, state and local investigate possible ilegal practices and enforce our laws. Someone from the federal trade commision or another law enforcement agency may contact you if they need additional information to help them in a investigation. Also they can be e-mailed at [email protected] The reason I am telling you all this is because something needs to be done to stop this company from scamming and stealing the working peoples money. I think that this company shouldn't be having this business and it should be shut down. They all should lose their business licenses and never be able to have this business ever run again. I ask a lawyer for advice but if these kind of case could go to court and he said yes to small claims court. I think charges should be put on this company and those kids that sold us those magazines. I really hope they understand I am not playing. I am angry for what they have done and they will be looking at court or the business closing down. Why should we let them scam us and put up with it. Lets do something about this problem and make this company know they cannot do this to us. We know what is going on and we put our feet down to this scam.
