i got contacted by entrust bankcard on the phone, promising significant saving in my credit card processing, and i set up an appointment with them.  Amanda came and made a copy of my current statement, then in her laptop, showed me how entrust can beat my current rates by a big margin and all the saving i could get with entrust. i was also lured into leasing the credit card machines- hypercom-(60 months term of $50 a month), but said i keep the machines after the lease. she even showed me i still save a bunch even with the $50/ month lease.  so i switched. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE OF MY LIFE!!

when i got my first statement, i was in shock.  my rate was a lot higher than my previous company.  i called and complained with aleksander robinson and he promised it will be lower next month.  of course, next month rate is still higher, even though he did lower it by a hair.  now not only do i have a higher rate, i am leasing the machine for $50 a month.  this went on for 3 months and i finally decided to go back to my previous processing company.  i am not aware i have to pay $500 penalty.  on top of that, the lease is non cancelable. so i am stuck with the machines for 60 months.

well i make it work by using the machines with my previous processing company.  the machine broke a week ago.  the leasing company can't help me, entrust can't help me since i no longer process with them, so i am paying for a machine that doesn't work.  to make it worse, the leasing company said i don't own the machines after the lease (as stated by Amanda from entrust).  i have to return the machines in WORKING condition, or buy it or continue to lease it.  so i called hypercom to see if it is still under warranty since i only have the machine for less than six months.  guess what, it expired, entrust gave me an old machine that is out of warranty. so i have to pay for the repair.

this is a nightmare that just keep going.  nothing entrust said is true.  it ends up costing me so much more.
