Entrust Energy outrageous billing pratices Houston Texas
I have been living in the same house for two years. When dealing with Reliant Energy, my bills were just outrageous. My neighbor suggested that I sign up with Entrust Energy. Yo my surprise, they were the most resonable company. My bills were never over $150. Recently when the summer started, I started to notice a spike in my bill. Well the bill reached $300 plus. I lost my job and fell on hard times so I needed an extension and a deferment on my bill. About a week ago another energy company sales rep stopped by to ask if I wanted to switch to their company. I was all for it, but couldn't. I had a switch hold on my meter because I asked for the deferment. Well my bill seemed to get higher. I could'nt afford the extremely high cost of the electric bill due to losing my job. Well back to the young man from the other electric company. He asked me if I knew I was paying almost one hundred dollasr for delivery charges. When he explained it shouldn't be so high, i was infurriated. My bill has doubled, i have been disconnected and have no possible way of paying $300 to $345 a month. This has really taken a toll on me. I would more than happily sign to file a class action lawsuit against this deceptive company.
