I purchased a WordPress theme from this company only to find that it did not work correctly. I attempted to resolve the issue through the ticket support system, however the majority of the time my comments were ignored.
I also attempted to resolve the issue with the author who uses the Evento service to sell their templates. The author was hostile and not willing to correct the problem.
This is my 3rd attempt as using a theme from Evento and all 3 have failed to work as advertised. These themes are expensive will little to no support.
I have also now filed with the BBB as well. Stay clear of Envato. Once they have your money, do not expect support.
