Envision rebate for En-710E Monitor purchased in June 2003. Called in August to see where rebate was. Said we were not in their system. Faxed everything to them at 905-734-9955 and 480-606-4313. Received email confirmation that rebate and all required documentation was received on August 28. Requested update on rebate October 2003, received email that we were not in their system. Send email attaching their response that all documentation was received and being processed. Received a postcard in mail that stated that we failed to provide proper UPC code. Still have copies of UPC and all rebate information. Envision will not return emails. No phone number available to contact them. Rebate was denied. RIP OFF!!
