EOS CCA I received a "debt collection" letter for a balance with my cell phone provider that does not exist Norwell Massachusetts
I received a "debt collection" letter for a balance with my cell phone provider that does not exist. I have only had one account with AT&T, which is the one I currently use, and I have never missed a payment, and I could not have service if I had an outstanding balance.
