I get so many calls from Arizona Institute of Energy saying they work with APS.  It is a Solar Company owned by Jorge Ballinger that has taken your information over the phone and used it for many things without permission.  He also ripps people off daily for other scams.  www.epconstruction.com and jorge ballinger. www.epconsolar.com is what they are.

It is unfortunate that this post was even written however it is all false information. This is a disgruntled ex-employee who is trying to seek some type of revenge. Jorge is not an owner and he definitely does not conduct any type of unethical acts. To anyone who is reading this please rest assured that neither Epcon Solar or Epcon Construction uses any of our clients information for anything other than conducting business with us. We have an A rating with the Better Business Bureau and have been nominated for the Ethics Award with the BBB. Should anyone have any questions or concerns please feel free to call our office at 888-611-3383

Epcon Solar: Jorge "George" Ballnger

I have received repeated phone calls from this solar, "federal tax credit" company for months without any interest or any provocation for solicitation.  I have repeatedly told them I'm not interested and foolishly answered their intrusive questions. They attempt to convince people that a person pays nothing for this equipment after rebates, which is completely untrue and why they are evasive when asked questions. Only after finally obtaining a phone number from caller id, did I learn the name of the company...Epcon Solar. They were pushy and scheduled an appointment to come to my home. I located an active number via the internet to call and cancel this appointment. Jorge or "George" answered himself. He argued with me about his reasoning to fail to give the name of this company when calling people and their claim to be a federal tax rebate program associated with local utility companies. He was extremely rude and said, "We are really busy on Saturday anyway, so we probably wouldn't have made it to your house anyway". Then, hung up on me. Misinformation, intrusive questions, and unprofessionalism encompass this "company" and Mr. Ballinger. I wasn't surprised to find other reports immediately.
