ePenzio, BringIt Home, Avalon, and a half dozen more aliases are very simply illigitimate b*****d companies.You are all victims of multiple conspiratory acts, to steal your monies in at least 10 states, this fraud is a continuing criminal enterprise, and is currently continuing thier RICO activities. If you do approach your States attorney General advise him that if he is not going to pursue the cases in his jurisdicition to notify Federal authorities FBI whose jurisdiction encompasses all the states.
This fraud scam may even be involving members of BBB who cover thier tracks, misinform victims and waste our time while the criminals move our monies around. Give the Attorney General a week to talk to the perpetrators, if he doesn't put up proof of an investigation call your local FBI and the Provo, or Salt Lake field offices.
