Ephen Taylor has been a night mare in my life. He has devastated my family because he has taken my life saving and refuses to make payment which he owns me. He has cause stress in my life and is the major reason why my marriage is breaking up. While I have been following this man lavish life style, moving from Tennessee to Manhattan, NY, and doing the talk show circuit, Montel, 20/20 boasting and giving money away to promote him self. My family and I are paying the cost with my life savings of 30 years.
This man has been my personal Bernie Madoff. I write this with a heavy heart because as with many he has been deceitful to African American in the name of God. I believed that this man would be true to his word. He has hired an attorney handle his affairs with me and others, which has proven to be more empty promises, and no responses to phone calls.
My wife is asking me how could I be so stupid to make this loan, which cause problems in our relationship, while I see pictures of Ephen and his wife (Ephren.com) vacationing seductively in the Dominican Republic.
Ephren Taylor has been in default on promissory notes with several people including me, of approximately $800,000. He has personally defaulted on a loan from me to him in the amount of $65,000. I loaned him this money in return for interest payments and return of principle. He has been in default for several months on both interest and principle.
This is the second time that he has defaulted on this note. The first time the total was to be repaid to my account in July 2008. He stated he need more time due to lack of funds and ask if he can draw up another note, an amended note in which he would make quarterly interests payments. He is now in default on both interest and principle payments on this amended note.
