I did not want this product but finally gave in because the salesperson would not give up. However, I verified at several different times that the product could be returned - and was told that I could return it at any time - 100% guarantee return. That is totally false. I have spoken with the company several times and each time am told that there are no returns. The latest (tonight) conversation, when I again said I wanted to return the product (had never been opened) was told, "That isn't going to happen" and was told I would be paying for it. When I asked to speak to supervisor I was told it wouldn't matter because the answer would be the same - I was going to pay for it and I could not return it since it had been more than 30 days from receipt. Suffice to say I was not willing to continue the discussion with someone who has no customer service skills (and represents such a fraudulent company).
