Epiclear deceives the consumer, DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING BACK THEY WILL NEVER SEND YOU YOUR MONEY BACK! Eliot Maine
These people are in it to trick the consumer and make as much money in the process. I ordered Epiclear on the free bottle deal and it said on the packing slip to call before April 23.
I called on the day of and they told me that my order had already been shipped and my credit card had been charged! Excuse me?
I asked to have my order cancelled and they refused. I said I would return the item as soon as I received it and they still refused to give me a refund.
Finally they told me that if I send that epiclear order back I will get a full refund. That was weeks ago and I still have no refund.
Also when I ordered initially they told me they were mailing me all of this stuff that I can look over and if I like what they are offering I can enroll in them. I told the rep on the phone that I didn't want any of that and she said that it's policy and she has no choice but to mail me the offers.
Neadless to say I never received anything in the mail and they started charging my credit card. They charged me $14.95 twice. Two hours 5 phone calls and 3 sales representatives with very bad attitudes later, I was finally assured that my money would be refunded.
Stay away from this company. They also deal with free vacation packages. Yeah right!
