I made reservations for Grand Suite for the Family, Friends and Faith Evans Concert on the Sea orginally scheduled from 3/29/2012 through 4/2/2012. I received an email from Michael Fouther, [email protected] on 12/30/2011, confirming my reservation for the Grand Suite room for a total of $2,500.00.  I received an email regarding the postponement because of "unforeseen circurcumstances" on 3/11/2012, from [email protected].  I responded to this email to obtain status regarding the new dates so that I can reschedule my vacation time at work.  I received an email on 3/12/2012, from [email protected] advising the new dates were not decided as of yet.  Finally on 4/3/2012, an update regarding rescheduled was emailed out to all passengers from [email protected] was sent, advising the cruise was reschedule from 8/17/2012 through 8/20/2012, and ADDED Angie Stone to the entertainment roster.  On July 30, 2012, there was another email fro [email protected] indicating there was some concerns regarding changes in the date and scheduled performer.  I personnally spoke with Mr. Fouther who indeed advised that Angie Stone replaced Faith Evans not an addition and there was no way to cancel your reservations.  Another email from [email protected] was sent to me on 8/8/2012, stating:

Stolen Tamborine states that there was no refund issued previously because the cruise had not been "formall'y" cancelled until very recently.  Their phone number: 310-968-8951 .

To my surprise, the crusise was formally cancelled and I did receive an email from business admin at [email protected] on 9/18/2012, stating:

Refunds are on scheduled and being prepared to be issued and mailed out. All refunds will be returned in a form a check. Again we thank you for your patience in this matter as we are working diligently to resolve this matter immediately

From this date, I have emailed and called and received emails and calls from Michael Fouther regarding reimbursement.  I was emailed by business admin at [email protected] on 1/23/2013, stating:

"Just wanted to reach out to you regarding your re-fund, we are getting close to sending out all and are close to having 100% repaid. You will receive your payment as soon as possible. We are working diligently to complete payment to everyone concerned.

Note: Jackie of Lauderdale Media was not apart of the business side of this, she was hired just to handle the public relations portion, please don’t blame her for any connection to any delays with your re-fund."

On 3/27/2013, I received this email from business admin at [email protected]:

"We will be sending you a check my mail within the week. It is to confirm and set-up your refund. This confirms that we have mailed your refund to the proper address and most importantly setting the amount and balance that is due. Once you have received the check by mail you should email us informing us that this action has taken place, then we can finalize the total amount due.

Sorry for all the delays but this is the only way we can do this, first to confirm that we are sending funds to the proper person and secondly getting you within the repayment system for the automatic payment with the financial institution we are connected to for the propose of getting everyone their refund.

I will send you an email on the day it is mail out, which will be within the next 5 to 7 days for the date of this email. This is to create a check and balance system of refunds we paid oppose to the chargebacks that took place with the credit card companies and banking institutions."

I did receive a partial refund of $100.00 via mail so I emailed Mr. Fouther to confirm my remaining balance due and when I could expect the full reimbursement.  This is the finally response pm 4/10/2013:

"Great!

The remaining amount of $2,400.00 is what is due to you for your full refund. I will notify you when the next payment will be sent. Sorry for all the delays, it has been a difficult task to get all parties concerned to the point of final full refund status. 

I appreciate you patience regarding this matter, it will not go unnoticed! "

Since this time, I have sent an email out every month regarding the remaining balance of my refund all to no avail.  I have noticed several people on this website with the same complaints.  I believe that Michael & Lesa Fouther, Equalaris, Stolen Tamborine and Lauderdale Media need to be held accountable punshable with jail time.  The money I used to purchase this much needed cruise was my savings!!!!  And this cannot go unresolved.  I've been patient and acommodating to Mr. Fouther & company and they deceived a lot of passengers and artist with lies and scams.  The telephone number is no longer working and all my emails after receiving that $100.00 refund have all gone unanswered.  If anyone is interested in a lawsuite or if there is already a class action lawsuit against these companies and people, please advise me.  I check this website periodically so leave your information or respond to this complaint.
