Equinox Beauty & RVTL Rude and Fraud; misleading advertising Internet
Their 14 day trial was misleading since product took over a week to arrive. I was charged on what I would call the 14th day and they called it they 15th day. I called to cancel and return unopened product. They told me to use the product there would be no refund. There was no supervisor or manager or alternative number to call, the representatives that I spoke to were very rude. I would never use the product or company again, they are badly represented.
