I was trying to consoladate some debt. I found equistar financial group on the internet , under bad credit loans. I was getting alot of rejection notices from other companies because of our very poor credit. I felt like equistar was the only ones out there that were willing to give us a chance.

It was august 12 with us faxing all required id documents ect. Next day i get a call from Daniel Price giving us two days to come up with 1.500 dollars to secure the loan. We could not come up with that . My husband and i wanted to just forget it becase it was a hardship to come up with what we didnt have. We did manage to get a couple payday loans to make a $1000.

I called Daniel price back and told him we wanted to decline the loan offer because we could not come up with full amount . He said we couldnt because we signed a legally binding contract . He threatend to put us with a collection agency if we did not go thru with the loan, and one way or other we would have to pay and go thru with loan.

We were told we had to go to a Walmart and only walmart to Send a person to person moneygram to a guy in CANADA. we did that , next day i get a call from a Frank Booston saying he was daniel price supervisor an that we would be dealing with him now. He said he was informed the loan didnt go thru because the insurance felt our credit was so bad we had to have it insured to have the loan funded. Another $1000 dollars was asked for . I said i would have to discuss that with my husband. We had to borrow money to come up with that.

Called him back next day said ok, He instructed us to go to Walmart again and do a person to person money gram to different person in Canada, Supposidly a insurance agent in canada. Frank Boston asked that we call him back with a reference number for the transaction, and that we should have the funds $15,000 . available in our account in about three hours. Well called and checked our account several times their was no loan funded to our account . When I called their office the next morning to talk to Frank Boston I got a message saying he was unavailable, I could not get ahold of anyone at their custumer service . They had the same type of message custumer service is unavailable.

WE Did everything they asked they took our money and are now gone. It really makes me sick , not to mention the hardship we put are selves in trying meet their demands. It is a very hard lesson to learn . They are crooks that pray on the people who need help the most.
