I went to ER truck to purchase 2 working garbage trucks, after paying $61,000.00 , upon pickup the trucks never started they had sold to me a lemon and they had refused to to refund me back the money i paid to me even thouh i never even had possession of the said lemon they had tried selling to me.

On the 23rd of December 2015, i visited ER truck for tghe purpose of purchasing 2 garbage trucks henry an older man about tghe age of 75 was the sales man who i thought and tructed to assist me with the purchase, I am a 32 year old young woman, and i never knew that i was dealing with a con artist and bunch of criminals. even though none of the trucks Henry showed me that day were able to start, he assured me that it was a case of dead batteries being that it was parked for so long  and i should leave a deposit of none refundable $1,000 so that they could service the trucks and install brand new batteries to the trucks.

i believed the old man by the 3Rd of januray he called to let me know that the trucks were ready and in an excellent condition and i should send the rest of the money being that i had travelled outside of the united states adding that they were mexicans who were also interested in the same trucks and he could no longer secure it for me unless i paid for it, he also showed me pictures of brand new battries that was installed in on the trucks, i belived the crook and went off and wired $ 60, 000.00 dollars to ER trucks. the following day i sent my driver to pick up the trucks with instruction to inspect before picking up, when he arrived he noticed that there were no new battries installed in the trucks and also the truck were never able to start after 2 hours of unsuccessfully trying to jump start the truck.

i was notified by my driver of the situation and i immediately contacted henry, who continued to lie, i immediately reminded him of the promises he made and how i fulfilled my own end of the bargain and he never did his, and how evident it was that they were trying to defraud me assuming that the drivrer would just pick up a lemon and tow it to jacksonville for export, i told henry that i was no longer interested in doing buisness with them and i wanted my money back, but they refused .

its been over 2 weeks now and am yet to get my $61,000.00 from ER trucks, i spoke to Bruno Rascio and Franco Rascio who claims to be owners of thr buisness and they repeated the same. i  contacted local authorities and discovered that they had been serious of reports and ripoff purported by these individual under the guise of ER truck. i dont have my money nor the trucks .these men are are harden criminals
