This is not an actual clothing company like advertised. You will lose your money guaranteed. I bought $250 of what I thought are wonderfully priced items from the scam site. I had seen bad reports on other websites but I chose not to believe The reviews. The first red flag I got was after my purchase, I never received a confirmation email. I waited two weeks for maybe an update email or my package I received nothing. I sent their so called customer service the total of six emails throughout a one week. of course still no response. After 25 minute wait on hold, I managed to talk to their customer service. Our conversation was actually ridiculous. it was like the dialogue from an Abbet and Costello who's on first skit. Of course the first thing she asked me was my email confirmation of the purchase. No, I replied I did not receive an email confirmation. Her response was and I could not believe it, that there was a glitch in their ordering system and I should repurchase the items and they would refund the second purchase price. Sure then they would have 500+ something of my money and I would still have nothing. I laughed at her and told her I just wanted a refund she replied that refunds are only made through their website customer service email address. I told her I've written the address five times with no response. She replied with a sigh, I think she was getting sick of our conversation, that she would have a supervisor call me...needless to say I never received a call. Thank God for PayPal's refund policy! The sad thing is I continue to see their fraudulent site advertised on other reputable websites. Sorry for the long post I just hope this does not happen to anybody else.
