Have owed many apartment as well as lrg. apt. buildings in other states much larger than this 18 unit apt. Owner Eric Goldenberg does not care what's so ever about tenants repairs. Bldg. located at 6134 Woodman Ave. Van Nuys, CA. Tenants are constantly moving out/in & they can't want for 1 year until lease renewal then they move ASAP. This Owner is a surreal piece of work.
DON'T MOVE INTO THIS APT. BUILDING !!!!! YOU WILL REGRET. We have called LA dept. housing re many issues that he took endless time to repair. We could continue to write alot re Mr. Goldenberg. Waste of time. You have been warned. Go elsewhere to rent.
