Complaint Review: Eric J. Fortier(Digger) - Tupper Lake New York

This report was listed under "Drunk Drivers" which is a very serious dangerous life threatening situation. When I start reading the comments, what I see is gossip and name calling from the people that live in this town. Isn't there just ONE Of YOU that is concerned that this man is driving on YOUR Streats while DRUNK???? Isn't there just ONE Of YOU that is concerned that he is allegedly involved with underage girls??? Does it matter that "he has some growing up to do", does it matter that "he isn't such a bad guy"??? What does any of this matter IF the truths are that he is drinking and driving and involved with underage girls???? OR many none of you living in that town are concerned with anything that is dangerous, but only concerned with gossip. My own opinion is that I would not care who this man is, IF he is drinking and driving get HIM OFF THE STREETS. IF he kills someone or maims someone what reports will be written then by the people of Tupper???? Stunned in New Mexico

Let us recap this on Eric(the younger)Fortier, whom we should refer to as 'Digger' so as not to confuse the Tuppervillains about the individual referenced. Digger is alleged to consume alcohol in excess to the point of it being a problem. Digger is alleged to operate motor vehicles while inebriated. Digger is alleged to 'do drugs', which I interprete to refer to use of more than one controlled substance without a perscription. This allegedly includes 'nose candy' which usually means cocaine, but can also mean amphetamines, PCP, or heroin. Digger is alleged to operate a motor vehicle with complete disregard for public safety, resulting in the loss of his motor vehicle operators license more than once. Digger is alleged to fornicate with under-age individuals and contribute to their juvenile delinquency. Digger is alleged to have had association with an alleged 'coke w***e' indicating he has frequented someone that is a know prostitute. Digger is alleged to have participated in deviant sexual acts with a felon. Digger is alleged to have been incarcerated several times, making him recidivistic. Digger is alleged to violate various laws with impunity through connections with local law enforcement. This violates RICO statutes, if true. Digger is cocky in response rather than angry and repudiating these allegations. Hello, I live in the speed capital of America and this is classical tweaker attitude. They also see violence as the solution to all their problems, so his vehicles were probably 'keyed' by a SPEED w***e. Where am I going with this? He is DEFENDED as actually being a 'good' guy and friend. It isn't him, but his 'environment' -- a really bad one. Do you see what happens when you grade on a curve? As the bar is lowered, an unacceptable level of effort is excused because the bar has been lowered. Classic victim methodology. Let me give you a real good rule of thumb. A 'good' guy is part of the solution. A 'bad' guy is part of the problem. Yes, a generalization. And a 'bad' guy should not necessarily be demonized. There are programs to help 'bad' guys turn their life around and make 'good'. Digger you were a 'good' guy, but you have made bad choices. Now you are part of the problem.

I would just like to add that there are two Eric fortier's in town. The one mentioned here is younger and does have some growing up to do. I just wanted to make it clear becuse the other Eric is a family man who has grown up and is a good guy!!!!

I'm sorry for any decent human that has read about the whole- eric fortier- got butt slammed in jail thing. I used to live in "good ole" Tupper Lake and i can tell you all only this--- that is the most worthless, non-economic, sorry, dirty, hopeless,and not ot mention - racist place in the adirondack park. Everybody that lives there is a s****.. I know Eric Fortier and hes really not a bad kid, he's just a product of a bad - really, really bad environment.One thing I can say that is good about Tupper Lake is it is one of the most beautiful, scenic spots in the Adirondacks. If any of you ever decide to visit please, for the sake of your children and your souls, do not stay!!

Once again, thank you ripoff report, not only can I read about ripoffs to avoid being scammed, I get entertained by the infamous residents of Tupper Lake. Reading these reports from these citizens makes me gratefull for my family, common sense, and, of course education .

Yo, my name is Fred and I was in the lock up when they took Eric that night when they stopped him and was drunk and driving. I was in the cell next to his. He was in there when county lock up was holding federal cons. Well, when he first got there, I guess Eric talking s**t to this federal con. When I turned around to see who was raising their voice. In the flash in of an eye, Eric was punched in his face and bent over the bunk was getting his fudge packed. It was the funniest s**t I ever did see !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What was weird was that Eric wasn't calling for help he just moaned as the big con man butt slammed again again and again !!!!!!!!!!!!! As far as that b***h Christy goes she need to get Jake's Elvis TV Trays back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Eric isn't a bad guy he has his problems with drinking and doing some drugs, but that is only because he doesn't hang out with people his age. The people he hangs out with are either too young or they are a lot older then him. Tupper Lake isn't going to be here too much longer with all the gossip that is going on. No one can mind their own busness, and everyone always gets involved. Well, you miles well say tupper lake has it's own battle field. When there is a fight there are is always a group fighting one perso. Eric can fight his own battles and if you have a problem with him he rather you face him in person then tell the whole world.

Eric is one of my freinds and you should not judge him on what you here. Take a look at his truck, car, and crotchrocket all keyed up. we all know who did it and it was not him,why would he?I think a certian coke w***e did it but heh what do I know? If you aren't drinking and driving you are going out with 15 and 16 year olds and cheating on them when you go out to bars.
