Erickson Pools Frisco Thieves, Liars, Rip Offs Dan Lowe Very poor workmanship, took money and never paid sub contractors, liens being filed on my home Frisco Texas
First off my husband and I thought we were doing business with a national company, Mr. Lowe's web site leads you to think this and so do the sales pitches he gives, not true, the company that sold him the franchise is out of business and has been for sometime, Mr. Lowe hides behind the fact that he will not warranty any pool that was built by HIM prior to him buying the franchise. He claims it is not his pool, yet he sold it, built it and collected the money for it.
Secondly, the workmanship of the pool is so poor that the pool is falling apart, cracks in the concrete shell, decks are all pushed up, we have found out from a soil engineer that we are on the most expansive soil in the area, Erickson did nothing when they built the pool to compensate for this condition.
Third, Now Mr. Dan Lowe has sent us (all his customers) a group e mail that states:" so sorry, I am out of business, gone to California, may come back if the economy picks up." After I have started contacting the other customers and vendors that were listed in that e mail I was told that Mr. Lowe had built several Pools and taken all the money from the customers and never paid ANY subcontractors, one person told me she had numerous liens filed on her house as a result of Mr. Lowes actions.
After checking with the vendors and suppliers on my pool I found out that my pool equipment had never been paid for at a company called Pool Corp. I am dumbfounded by the fact that Mr. Lowe has gotten away with this, I think it is up to us as citizens to pass this information around and make sure that everyone knows what he has done.
SHAME ON YOU MR. DAN LOWE AND YOUR MERRY BAND OF THIEVES OVER AT ERICKSON POOLS!!!!!!

First Off Brookes, you rebuttle does not respond to a "Brookes", it seems that you are confused my friend, your rebuttle was on a report filed by a "Nancy", But, for your information David and Dan are creatins that should climb back under the rock they crawled out from under. They are liars, thieves and con men who move around the US ripping people off and then changing their name and moving to another state, They ripped off everone of their sub concontractors, you Sir, may have gotten a pool out of the deal but not one sub was paid on your job. Call them and find out.
Erickson pools is Now Inland Pools and Spas in Murrieta, California and you can see all Dan's nmaes and Texas jobs posted, simply go to their web site Inlandpoolsandspas and check it out. It seems that Dan is hiding behind some "Kurt Johnson", and he list Dan as "general Manager".
WATCHOUT CALIFORNIA THE LOWES HAVE ARRIVED AND YOUR MONEY AND DREAMS ARE AT RISK WITH HIM, i KNOW FIRST HAND.

First I have to say that the person who signed their letter as Brookes from Lewisville Texas is full of it. My name is Brookes and I live in Lewisville Texas and had erickson build a pool for me. I recently spoke with David and asked if anyother customers had the same name and he stated no.
So here is a real review,
I have the pleasure to say that I did business with Erickson Pools out of Frisco Texas. They built an outstanding pool for my family. I was impressed at how smooth the build pocess was. I even had local inspectors comment on how fast the pool was being built. It took approx 5 weeks for our pool to be completed. This is not to say we did not have minor issues arise during the build. But when one did, Dan or David were moe than helpful rectifying thr situation.
Second thing, I just have David come by my house and help tweak a couple of settings. Yes it is true that they are moving to California. But Dan and David have both been more than helpful since their closing.
I would not have written this review except for the fact that I believe someone has provided false misleading information and used my name.
