It seems Ernestine Raclin still sits on the 1st Source Bank Board of Directors. This is what is posted on the Bank site, it states the names of all members. We often wonder if she and any other Board Member was aware that lawyers for 1st Source Bank dropped the ball while they collected close to a million dollars in billed legal fees. How can any Board Member not be aware of this issue. That is a lot of money to spend. Especially since we feel this money was spent to because the bank needed cover up lies and egregious tactics. That is my opinion. We also wonder if this Baord Member and other board Members know that 1st Source Bank maliciously in my opinion, held back the release of UCC statements. 1st Source Bank donates to help cancer but at the same time messes with families, and the later result making that families cancer battle more horrific. visit 1stsourcebanklawsuit.blogspot.com 1st Source Bank maliciously held back UCC's. my opinion, to hurt and destroy a business. I believe Jeff Buhr, Dave Crim and the 1st Source Bank Board of Directors are all aware of the bank's devious behavior.

Jeff Buhr 1st Source Bank, I believe is one of the reasons 1st Source Bank was sued. Buhr lied in his depositions and I also believe he contributed in playing games with holding back UCC filings. Plain and simple, he lied. It wouldn't be a surprise to me if Jeff Buhr instructed other bank employees to lie as well. Holding back UCC statements in my opinion is dirty and malicious. Jeff Buhr 1st Source Bank I feel like this 1st Source Bank experience is a banking and lending abortion. 1st Source Bank in my opinion turned the business into an abortion.

Jeff Buhr 1st Source Bank decisions later effect Cancer patient. This is my opinion of course. The way I see it is pretty simple.
Jeff Buhr is the Chief Credit Officer of 1st Source Bank. According to depositions and documents, he made certain decisions in regards to floor plan accounts within the bank. I am of the understanding that Jeff Buhr was involved with the decision to hold back UCC statements and or filings. This was done even though there was no business being conducted with the bank. That malicious, dirty action then caused significant problems.
Holding back the release of UCC's is a violation of the law. More importantly, it f**ked with the livelihood of a family. This, in turn made many things difficult. When you hurt a family with their earnings, this I feel to have been malicious act, you cause problems. Then when the same family has a Cancer diagnosis and their health coverage is compromised, there is more suffering.
1st source Bank in my opinion are malicious, devious individuals.

Jeff Buhr 1st Source Bank was not honest in depositions. This means plain and simple, he lied.
Quite a few 1st Source Bank employees lied in depositions. I believe it was to be malicious. I believe it was to play games and cause harm.
My opinion is Jeff Buhr caused 1st Source Bank to get sued. His actions made me feel raped.
Violated and raped is how I feel.
More on this bank reported daily.
Special shout out to their lawyers that emailed me to play games and provoke.
