This company sold me a car an charged me for things that they intended to add to car. I discovered when I got the car home they had never added these things, I requested a refund sine they had already contracted these things.
Ernie Guzman stated that this is how we make money, and you can take the items or go away. They played several games with the finance contract. They are very shady with how they do things. If you are a minority I suggest you go some place else.

The dealer did this in part to make the bank think the car was worth more so they would approve the loan. There's a (small) chance that after the finance company finds out the dealer defrauded them, they will reverse the loan and you can get out of the deal.
