I've made a purchase on said website on May 16 and my bank said the credit card was charged by May 19. The website guarantees 24hrs reply but they stop replying to my emails regarding shipping date. The website keep asking for photocopy of my ID and credit card information for a total of 4 times after i already send it to them. They will not respond to questions about shipment or refund.
I've contacted their guarantor website Control scan but they said there is nothing they can do. In the end even Control scan said they have decided to cut off ties with this website. I've even warn the website that I will write to a business watchdog to lodge a complain but they will not respond. Another close friend of mine made a purchase at the same time as I did and he was told the shipment was on the way but had not received it after a month.

Have you called your bank to dispute?? The bank I work for would file a dispute for merchandise or servive not received...we issue a credit within 5 business days. Hopefully your bank can help you with this...I've heard of this company scamming people in the past..I ALSO suggest research merchant first...charge second!
