I was informed today about voicemail charges on my home phonebill. I have been charged $15.96 since Oct. of last year and was totally unaware of it. My husband was incharge of paying the phonebill and just assumed that I ordered it. I did not

I called the number on the invoice thinking I was calling AT&T. I called it twice and each time the greeting was ESBI. So I stayed on the phone and spoke with a CSR explained my situation. She stated she would credit me 3months. I said no, not good enough!!! I want my money for Oct, Nov, and Dec of last year. She gave me a fax# to a processing center to see if they will honor my request.

I am asked her how this happened, she stated that I visited a site on the internet call e-marketing. and the information I gave them was used to register me for voicemail. I explained that is fraudulent. The phone bill is not in my name but my husband's. So I advised her to remove my name and his from any further communications. Beware of the sites you visit on the web. Thankfully they did not have any of my personal banking info. We are getting a new number to make sure there are no more billing charges to that number.
