For the last 6 months ESBI has been billing $12.95 per month through my Verizon account for voice mail services I never authorized. When challenged they cited a bogus application form that did not have my actual e-mail address. They promised to cease the charges and credit back 3 months' worth of payments, but would not credit the balance citing Company policy. Frankly, this company is a complete rip off organization!

When I called Verizon they advised that I should block all future 3rd party billings (but only after the ESBI refund is received). Why didn't Verizon warn me of this kind of rip-off in the first place? My phone bill is so thick that I don't usually review it in detail except for long-distance calls. If I had not checked it for the purpose of comparing the value of a potential up grade I may not have known about ESBI stealing my money. They should be prosecuted!
