So this site prays on college students giving them plagiarized papers and your ONLY purpose was to show their false advertising because a student won't get his money back?
Well I do have to give you credit in coming up with an original reason why you used their site. You almost sounds like the person who buys drugs from a dealer and when they are arrested they state that the only reason they were doing it was to catch these people in the act so they could turn the drugs in and get the dealer arrested.
But let's go with your claims. If you want some constructive advise your analysis may be a little more interesting if you focus on the fact that these sites provide plagiarized work and focus less on not getting your money back.

Had you stated these facts in your original report there would have been no need for further discussion, would there ? Be more precise next time.

One. I did not state that I was using this for an assignment for college or anything to that magnitude as you liked to jump to conclusions about. This is a research analysis of online services that target specific groups and well I got the group of college students and upon research decided that this would be an interesting twist to what targets some college students. In the essence of research though, I have found that many of these sites are bogus and if the student does not have plagiarism software then they are out their money and most students will not file a claim because they are afraid they are going to get expelled or what not. I wrote this because of the fraudulent advertising used by the site stating a return of your funds. I guess one is always quick to judge without the whole background of the situation. This is society today unfortunately.

Your user name says "Fort Drum". Are you a soldier? If you are, note that getting expelled from a college for plagiarism may hurt your military career in addition to your future educational endeavors.

This company needs to be held accountable for their actions.
- When you do business with a company who's business model is allowing people to cheat you need to accept what happens to you.
You tried to cheat. No matter how many ways you try to justify it that is what you were doing. Just be glad you were at least smart enough to realize that the paper was plagiarized, because if you had turned it in you would have been expelled. Oh and your (ex)school wouldn't care about your reasons either.

Let me get this straight. You wanted to purchase an essay - written by someone else - and turn it in as your own work. And you're upset because the paper was plagiarized ??????? DUH !!! It appears that what we have here is a case of one plagiarizer calling another plagiarizer a thief. And you think THEY should be held accountable ??? What about YOU, you plagiarist. Cretin.
