  Well, according to the last author's complaint placed June 2010, Ethnogarden Botanicals has made a comeback.  NOT SO!  My order's total cost is $196.88 and includes a package that the original author had ordered(and more).
    I'm not going to litter this with details as I have done already in a Better Business Bureau report I was forced to make in regards to lack of communication.  I recieved a 10 worded email Sept.2nd in response to an email I sent them[Ethnogarden] on Aug.31st, stating my order will be 'shipped any day'.  It's now Oct.1st, any other emails sent since then I have not got a response to.  Their phone messaging system was full for some time up until a couple weeks ago, I have left countless msgs and no-one has returned a call or an email since 4 & 1/2 weeks ago.  I tried calling again today and the msg system was full and not accepting messages.  I've run out of patience and have filed with the BBB.  My initial email was responded to by a person named Ben, not Jason.  I'm not even sure if Jason knows the capacity of the problems arising, or, if things are so bad that Jason is now calling himself Ben?
  One phone call or a detailed explanation with a simple follow up would have put everything at ease for me as I am in business myself and understand things can go wrong.  Due to the degree of communication and lack there of,  I find this intolerable and was left with few options.
  Unfortunately this business refers people to the Iboga Therapy House which is a HIGHLY REPUTABLE HEALING CLINIC in British Columbia, Canada.  Please do not be weary of dealing with this clinic if you have had any problems with Ethnogarden Botanical, as I have spoken with them directly a couple of times and I deeply respect what they are facilitating for people in need of such help, if you leave them a msg they will contact you in due time.  They are by far some of the most compassionate people I have spoke to in these industries to date!
  Perhaps Jason is too?..., but it's impossible to gauge that when no one will return a phone call and they owe you either product or money for 5 & 1/2 weeks and counting...

O.K. SO HERE'S THE DEAL. 

-Jason Callan is running a very big(fully legitimate) business within a fairly new 'industry'/market, with few employees and a myriad of red tape of which is beyond his control for the most part.  'Life happens' and you can't always rely on your employees to pick up the slack if they are taking advantage of your position.  I can empathize with a few aspects of the situation.
  I was, after a little digging, detective work and pure kindness able to acquire his personal phone #,  I will not however post it(do some homework you may find it yourself).
   The minute I had him on the phone he was incredibly apologetic and courteous. He began packing what product of mine I had ordered that was available while giving great detail as to what has happened to date and why business is a little backed up.
   He had it Fedexed over night on his bill, it was a day late because Fedex screwed up,lol, at least it's not keeping Tom Hanks company on some deserted island.
  Whatever product of mine he didn't have, he amply substituted and compensated for with products of my likeness, to such a degree where I had the B.B.B. case closed and requested that it be disregarded completely.
   He is doing a great deal to restructure his company and work through some of the red tape the 'powers that be' have unfortunately put into place(we allow these powers to do such things, this is 'our' fault, wake up people,anyways...). 
   I know for a fact that he is clearing his msgs to leave space for more voicemail and to deal with the myriad of orders, to the best of his ability, with what he has available, in a timely manner for whom what he owes.  Be patient, he is working at it.
   The products he does have in stock are of the highest grade and quality compared to many of the vendors out there, I have ordered from at least 4 others.
   I will continue to do business with him in the future. Though his reputation has been slightly frayed, I believe strongly in him and what he is doing within the 'industry'. He has a very big heart and I will represent him from here on in!

ALSO REMEMBER, if you've ordered from the U.S., Australia or Thailand, you can kiss your order good-bye,(it's not even being sent read the homepage) this has nothing to do with Jason or Ethnogarden Botanical.  Most of these organic extractions and healing aids, of which many are even cures, have been outlawed as narcotics in many nations. This is at the fault of the voters and believing that blindly putting others in charge of you will do what's best for you and your community in the 'end'.
