Attempted to order from a city outside US. Oreder software captured credit card info, obtained authorization for 120 days and then company refused to process order. No explanation was given in robo response, so a second order was placed resulting in a second 10 day hold before order was rejected: this time without any notification that it was not accepted. Cistomer service doesn't know their own order entry process and how these transactions occur, blaming the bank for the hold instead of them screening orders first before submission for authorization. Just poor design and execution by unsophisticated merchant. Stay away if they can't even get this correct.
