I am writing to respond to the report posted by Bryon Harvey. The fact that Mr. Harvey has posted a report on Rip-off Report about Eufora is unbelievable! It is an abuse of your great service! I have followed this situation closely after coming across Mr. Harvey's website while searching for a Eufora Card. From what I have read, Mr. Harvey has never applied for nor been issued a Eufora Card. According to his own reports, he appears to have absolutely no personal experience with their product whatsoever. Nor has he ever spoken to anyone that has applied for or been issued a Eufora Card. He represents himself as a consumer advocate, yet he has provided little or no valuable information to the consumer marketplace with respect to this program. In fact, the information he has currently posted is very wrong. He has treated this situation (as well as others it seems) as a personal vendetta. You may also have noticed he has admittedly been banned from other consumer advocate chat boards for exactly this reason! I would bet this is not a coincidence. I have even tried contacting him via e-mail and by posting to his message board in an effort to give some real feedback on this company, with (not surprisingly), no response. If you read the cease and desist order he references, it also appears as though Eufora's President has come under personal attack by Mr. Harvey both through Mr. Harvey's internet postings, as well as through seemingly harassing e-mails. If Eufora had anything to do with it at all, I would also bet that this is the real reason he was shut down at the facility whose computers he was using. It also appears as though Eufora attempted to promptly and respectfully answer his questions as they have done with other customers. I should know, I am one. If I was Eufora and I saw inaccurate information being posted about my company and I was unsuccessful in getting it corrected, I would go after this guy too. This guy is a quack! Finally, maybe Eufora has such few complaints because they are good to their customers? My experience has been very good so far.
