If in fact one's account was placed in collections, it is because one agreed to pay certain payments under certain terms and conditions and simply did not do so. We are not in the business of falsely reporting bad payment history. Credit Builder is a very reasonably priced, user friendly, good will program aimed at helping those who may have credit issues and need help building or rebuilding their credit. Eufora makes every effort to remind our customers of their obligations with respect to our credit building program and gives all of our customers multiple opportunities and methods to pay on time. If for whatever reason that does not happen, it is our responsibility to report accordingly and accurately to our credit reporting partner(s). In terms of any other complaints that claim that we simply do not report the data, Eufora guarantees that any and all Credit Builder payment history is in fact reported as promised. If one does not see such payment history on their report, they may contact Eufora Customer Service and we will resolve the issue, period.

I have read the rebuttal from the CEO, but I see nothing addressed on the other complaints on this forum.

Ms. Sandborne has made several public FALSE accusations about me personally and Eufora. She has taken advantage of this forum's open/free speech policy. IN FACT, Ms. Sandborne's money was refunded AND Eufora upheld its obligation to Ms. Sandborne in good faith(as it has done with all of its customers). Eufora did everything that was promised to Ms. Sandborne! In fairness to Ms. Sandborne, it must be noted that Eufora did have technical difficulty (beyond our control) with respect to her account and because I was very honest with Ms. Sandborne and elaborated on this issue, she publicly and maliciously attacked me and Eufora. Her Rip-off Report posting is filled with inaccuracies and blatant misinformation. I personally corresponded with Ms. Sandborne and assured her that we would report her information (as promised) BEFORE it was reported. I also informed her that we had fulfilled our promise and had in fact reported it AFTER we reported it. She was also provided with proof that this data had posted and was even given a free credit report by us (in addition to her refund) to prove the data was there. I then respectfully asked her to amend her Rip-off Report posting which currently states that: "They are still charging a HUGE client base without EVER reporting good credit for anyone". She promised to do so based on the fact that we had done what we had promised. Quite obviously, she has not done so after almost a year. For the record, there have been NO other complaints posted against our company in over three years of business. It is no coincidence that Ms. Sandborne's is the ONLY complaint EVER posted against our company on this website. As the CEO of this company, with a brand and image to protect, I must address issues like this very carefully. However, this individual has personally attacked me and made false statements regarding what happened in this situation, which I will not tolerate personally or professionally. We have worked VERY hard to have 100% customer satisfaction and we thrive on providing the best customer service in the business. Ultimately, the indisputable truth is that Eufora delivered EXACTLY what was promised and due to Ms. Sandborne's unique situation (and disposition), we did it for free, as well as provided a free credit report and corresponded with her on a personal level, above and beyond the normal course of business. That said, you may all form your all opinions. I would also respectfully request that Rip-off report better scrutinize such postings so that honest hard working people do not have to defend themselves against these kinds of situations. Sincerely, Tommy Constantine CEO Eufora, LLC
