EUGENE GAONA - GENE GAONA - REPUBLIC DISCO - BLACKFLAG GENE GAONA "REPUBLIC" OWES ME OVER 6 WEEKS OF SALARY, AND LAUNDERS MONEY FOR A "DOCTOR" EL PASO Texas
I worked for republic for over 6 weeks without pay, Gene Gaona promised to pay $20 per hour for consulting and staffing services, each week cost me over 40 hours hands on work, materials, gas & other expenses. While I worked there I noticed he also owed several workers for their services, including staff, welders, bouncers, and managers.
Gene Gaona poses to clients as the "owner", But in reality this business is a money laundry business to clean the "Doctors" money from taxes and other things, The "doctor" received money from other investors "under the table" to purchase a liquor license and build Club Republic. According to T.A.B.C all moneys have to be disclosed and all investors should be in the companies Liquor license. It is just a matter of time before this illegal operation hits the fan. Gene Gaona Thinks he knows how to work the system by talking endless hours and dropping political names into the argument. But the fact of the matter is Republic (Gene Gaona /BLACK FLAG LLC.) Is Hiring Illegal workers (bouncers & cleaners), conducting an illegal after hours drinking room( VIP Cocaine room, behind the building), laundering money for people from Juarez Mx., Not paying his staff, & running his mouth around town.
Beware of Gene Gaona , he is a professional scam artist. He will talk you to death. He is a thief, a user and a very uncomfortable bi-polar person.

Seriously people, this person is a piece of garbage. Gene Gaona or Luz Eugenio Gaona, or one of a dozen aliases he uses is the culprit. In mid 2007 I loaned Gene $7,500 with a promise of repayment in 6 months. After numerous calls this thief's final position is that he does NOT owe me anything. He posed as my friend and took half my savings. I didn't have the money or time to fight back. I hope this message helps someone. I also know he skims money from the club of which he calls himself the owner. Which he does to hook new people to take advantage of whether it's money or trying to impress women for sex. Gene even tried to use his doctor friend to get into medical equipment and supply sales. All of the necessary certifications and background were fake. Doctor Brett is also aware of Gene's illegal activities and continues to allow him to operate. Beware of Gene Gaona , he is a professional scam artist. He will talk you to death. He is a thief, a user and a very uncomfortable bi-polar person. His way of helping the true owners set up a club is to defraud any service or advertising companies he can to benefit the club.
