Euro Steamer BUYER BEWARE! Steamer stopped working after 1st time! No recourse once they get your $$$ Schaumburg Illinois
I purchased the Euro Steamer from a kiosk at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg, IL six weeks ago. We were told that there is a lifetime warranty on the product and the sales person gave us a number to call should we have any problems. I used the steamer once the same day I bought it on 1 piece of clothing (a shirt) to check out the product and it worked. Two days later, however, I plugged it in to use for a shirt and it did not produce any steam at all.
I tried everything as instructed on the booklet they provided. I even tried other outlets. Nothing worked. The steamer just stopped working altogether. I called the number they provided 4 days later and numerous times thereafter. I left a message each time. To this day, none of my calls have been answered.
