Eventpro Strategies Suspicious, Cheap, Questionable, Disorganized Scottsdale Nationwide
This is one of the most unprofessional, disorganized and CHEAPEST promotions company out there. Your pay rates are substantially lower than your competitors - hence why you get a lot of last minute call outs and strippers, drug dealers and ex-cons to work your events. Your staff is usually unavailable and usually giving out incorrect information to the BAs, yet your company expects the BAs to pull rabbits out of their ears. Also, it takes this company over 60 days to pay a BA! I work with many companies and most pay within 2 weeks -- at a higher rate. It should not have to take you that long to issue a check (and I know for a fact it doesn't because I currently work in accounting for a promotional company). The quality of your BAs have gone down due to your poor management and "Scrooge Mc Duck" syndrome.
You claim to offer a BA the best rate possible at $16 an hour but as soon as he/ she calls out, you offer his/ her replacement .50 cents more when the client is paying you about $50 - $100 per BA. I wonder if this office is consumed of fat people sitting around a table watching Shark Tank while pigging on burritos from Chiptole -- because you all work like a bunch of fat asses #DoNothing. Note to the owner: Fire your Accounting team & Coordinators --- They are all idiots! No one seems to know what's going on. You guys never return calls unless it is for the benefit of your staff. Your Accounting Department is never available and doesn't return calls. This company serves best for former pimps, gang banger, prostitutes and ex-cons to rehabilitate back into society at a rate just above minimum wage.
