All over the internet a mother advertises how a product changed the appearance of her teeth for a very low cost. The ordering process is easy to complete and you check to see if you qualify for a special low price. I ordered a sample and waited for the parcel to arrive but this was around a busy Christmas shopping period when several parcels were being sent to my home address. The company uses another company to distribute its products and so it was not apparent to me that they had already delivered it. Any packages we got from companies we had not ordered from running up to Christmas were left unopened as they were regarded as presents. When I realised they had already delivered it which was when a high cost appeared on my credit card,I rang a premium rate number as they will not give out their regular phone number and was treated very abruptly and with some degree of rudeness. I told Lisa J that if I did not get satisfaction I was to refer her to my credit card fraud department. She then became much more cooperative. I still have not managed to secure a full refund and was even overcharged in the first place. I wish to take legal action but do not know US law and find it very puzzling as to how to proceed. In the UK this type of sale would be criminal so why has the US not stopped it? There are many many thousands of upset customers and the card companies are using huge resources to take all the irate phone calls they are getting. Surely all you need to do is blacklist the company on credit cards transactions so they do not get processed. I want to send the parcel still unopened back but they will not let me. I think they are based in Houston but do not trust the information I was given by her. I will provide the address if this helps me to get a refund. Amazingly they are still advertising too!!
