EVERCOM TELECOMMUNICATIONS EVERCOM IS THE WORST TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANY OUT THERE. THEY RIP YOU OFF BY DOUBLE DIPPPING INTO YOUR BANK ACCOUT IF YOU ALLOW ACH OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT. THEN THEY DONT WANT TO CREDIT YOU BACK WHEN THER ARE WRONG. THEY STILL TRY TO FIND A WAY TO COLLECT MONEY OFF YOU WHEN THEY CANT EVEN EXPLAIN THEMSELVES. I RATHER USE THE BRAND NAME TELEPHONE COMPANIES THAN THIS GENERIC COMPANY HORSHAM Pennsylvania
evercom buisness is known for double dipping into your accouts. When in guestion about any unauthorized payments or billing make sure to double check your account. I've been a vicitm of evercom for too long, now that I taken action against them with my bank, they are still trying to find a way to get the money that is owed to me. I've talk to numerous of stupid customer service reps who will tell you basically the same thing you've told them. I advise to try a local or more experience company before you trying using this generic and unprofessional price ripping off company.
