Evercore Financial Solutions Scam Artist... approve a loan, ask for wire transfer, then you never get your loan money, Internet
I applied for a loan of $10,000.00 and the company called me with an approval. Michael Green Extension 301 sent my loan documents and I signed them and returned them, then he called and said due to credit issues, I would have to make the first five payments Western Union and with the fee, the total cost out of my pocket was $960.00, which was wire to Shaun Mohsen in Ontario Canada. With a promise that my money would credit to my account at midnight. That was over a week ago, and the money still has not applied to my account. I tried to call the number they gave me for the western union wire and it is "unavailable". So I tried to call the company back and I just get a busy signal. I did get a voice mail on Tuesday and left a message, and got a return call with a message stating they needed to discuss some problems with my loan. I have not been able to get in touch with them since and have had no more return calls. I emailed them with no response. I requested that my money be refunded, but still have heard nothing from them.
They state that they want the money wired to Canada. The loan documents seem official and they claim to be in Maine.
They are scam artist.. I hope more people take the time to research the company before applying for a loan with them.
I plan to contact an attorney. I felt desperate at the time for the loan, but have since gotten a loan from local credit union.
Michael Finely, Michael Cook and Shaun Moshen were the names that were given to me. Also, a guy by the name of Brian answered for "customer service"
Michael Cook went as far as to ask me to call him just to let me know I got my money and told me to please use it wisely to help re establish credit in my name.
