On 07Jan2009, I ordered a wheel from everdive, I spoke with Tamara, she was very helpful and sent pictures to assure me that the wheel being shipped was the proper style. I needed the wheel as quick as possible, The vehicle is out of service without it. It cost extra to have it express shipped. After a few days I still have no wheel. 11Jan2009, I speak to them again, They state that they did not ship due to damage, I also receive an email.

I Then speak with customer service again at which time they state they have located a second wheel, and are picking it up as we speak. Will call to confirm shipment. Next day no call. I call back and speak with a rep???? who tells me that the second wheel is also damaged. He will follow up personally and will credit me for the full amount. As well as check some of his "personal resources" and call me tomorrow.

19Jan2009 Never received a call nor a credit. I call again, this time speaking with Joey and explain my situation. I also explain that I am considering filing this ripoff report and He responds " If that is what you have to do". I asked him if he understood the power of negative publicity and he again replied "if that is what you have to do". He did however tell me that he would follow up with accounting and that they would issue credit today.

When I originally spoke with Everdrive, I was confident because they told me that they supply parts to large retailers such as Pep Boys, and that they were the largest outlet for used parts in the world. I guess that I was nieve in thinking that this nice young lady was telling me the truth. and today when Joey had a rather arrogant attitude toward the writing of this report.

I would ask that all who read this article< Do as I should have. Buy the part locally and pay a few extra dollars. Mom always said "you get what you pay for"
