We have also had excellent results from our Everdry experience. It was installed over 15 years ago and have had a few sump pumps replaced free. We pay the service contract every year. I believe it's about $40.00 per year - yes $40.00, a mere pittance for the service we have received.
This summer we had a serious amount of rain and we started getting a little water seepage through cracks in our basement floor for the first time. They sent a crew out and spent a whole day jack hammering finger drains in the floor, they dug them, placed drain tiles in them with gravel and patched them expertly with concrete. It solved the problem and there was absolutely no charge at all. The crew was friendly, helpful and effective.
I would recommend them to anyone and have. An excellent company in my experience.
No, I do not work for them or anyone like them. I'm just a happy customer.

I'm very sorry to hear you've had trouble with the folks at Everdry... however it's hard to believe we are talking about the same company. I've had a few sump pumps replaced now for free, which are covered under my warranty. The service department has been very kind to me and have always shown up for our scheduled service appointments.
I'm certain not every single customer is going to be please with Everdry, but based on my experience, they have proven to be an honest, friendly company, who has stood behind their system and their warranty, and for that I'm grateful.
