I am a single parent and decided to go to everest college so I could make a better life for my childern. This college promised me job placement when I graduate, I was happy to get start with my new career. I was giving loans and grants to complete the program, in addition I also was paying the school every month.

Things started to fall apart when they sent me out on my externship, the people there treated me like I was just in the way and had me doing mostly paperwork. I only got to talk to one patient, I reported this to the school but they would not change my site.

After graduating 4 years ago, I still have no job in my field. They did not send me on interviews or anything like that. And on top of that I am now in debt because of it, the loans I recieved I thought were the kind I did not have to pay back, but I was wrong. And now the school claims I owe them money when I dont owe them anything.

The companies the loans are from are now coming after me, I tried to get my financial records from the school and have not recieved them yet, this has been 7 months ago. This is a for profit school, they do not care about drowning you in debt or finding you a job. Going to this school has been the bigggest mistake I have made.

I also went to Everest online and I am now drowning in the debts that they made for me. They took out a numerous amount of government loans on my behalf and took me almost $20,000 over my government cap. I am looking to get in contact with people here in Texas that have attended the school, so that Texas will/can join in the class action lawsuit that is now pending against them in California and Massachusetts. I am having a hard time finding an attorney to join in the suit, because so far I am the only one interested. I have 6 class to go in order to receive my Bachelor's Degree and the school wants another $20,000 from me for those classes. I am up to my eyeballs in debt as it is right now and I will probably never be able to get a home, car, or any other credit items because this school has put me over $70,000 in debt. If you would like to contact me please fill free to do so at [email protected]. I have now contacted a new attorney here in Dallas, because the first one would not take my case. I have also contacted the following attorney as well, if you are interested. lhlaw.net/roger-mandel.html. If you are aware of anyone else that attended this school here in Dallas please give them my info so that they can contact me or this attorney as well. I have also filed a complaint with Gregg Abbott the Texas Attorney General.

Thanks for you time
