I contacted CCR, Everest's customer svc. rep. They told me I had to return the useless junk that Everest sent me in order to obtain a refund. I returned it via UPS. UPS reports that no such company exists at 235 Peachtree St. Atlanta, GA. I reported this to CCR and got nowhere. The person I spoke to offered no explanation, but said she would make a note of it. Big deal. I'm wondering if there aren't grounds for a class-action suit against Wachovia Bank for processing the bank-drafts for these crooks.

June 26. Later on June 26 I received an envelope from Everest. It contained a booklet about repairing credit, A list of banks that issue credit cards, a couple of credit card applications, and an ad for a wireless phone co. They did not send the Mastercard with a $2300 credit limit , like they promised. That is fraud. I will be contacting my bank, the FBI, the FTC, the FCC, and the State Attourney General's Office.
